A luxurious joint of free range pork. Delicious simply sprinkled with sea salt and pepper and cooked low and slow. The marbling throughout the meat helps cook the joint evenly and guarantees flavour in every bite. 

About The Farmer:

Our premium Cornish pork is farmed locally by The Cornish Farmhouse Bacon Company, a family run business with over 20 years of experience, just 10 miles up the road from Strawberry Fields Farm Shop. These large white x landrace pigs are fed on home grown cereals and only have to move a few hundred yards to the abattoir, keeping any stress for the pigs to a minimum and a saving in fuel to benefit to the environment. Where possible, the pig manure is put back into the soil, reducing use of artificial fertilizer when growing crops, giving the soil a full circle of life and creating a natural, highly fertile cropping system.
